CSIR-UGC NET Exam 2024: The National testing agency (NTA) has commenced the application process for Joint CSIR-UGC NET 2024 June examination.
The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research University Grants Commission National Eligibility test 2024 (CSIR-UGC NET), registration window is open from today, 3 May, 2024 onwards. Eligible candidates can apply for the exam by visiting the official website at (csirnet.nta.ac.in).
The CSIR-UGC NE exam is scheduled to take place on 25, 26, and 27 June, 2024 and it will be conducted in computer-based test (CBT) mode.
Additionally, the medium of the question paper will be available in both English and Hindi languages, providing flexibility to candidates in choosing their preferred language.
Candidates must note that the registration window will remain active till 21 May, 2024 and the last date to submit the application fees is 23 May at 11:50 PM.

CSIR-UGC NET Exam 2024: Exam pattern
- Exam Dates: 25, 26, aand 27 June, 2024.
- Mode of Exam: Computer-based test (CBT).
- Medium of Paper: English and Hindi.
- Exam Duration: 180 minutes (3 hours).
- Question Format: Objective-type questions with multiple choices.
- Application fee: It has to be paid online, through debit or credit cards, internet banking or UPI.

- Firstly, candidates need to visit the official website (csirnet.nta.ac.in).
- Then, go on the application link, available on the homepage and register.
- Remember to download the CSIR NET information brochure to go through the instructions given.
- Select the “Click Here to Proceed” button by checking the box at the bottom of the page.
- Next, the CSIR NET Registration Form will appear on your screen .
- Register and fill in your required details in application form.
- Pay the application fee and submit.
- Lastly, download and take a print out for future reference.
